Powers up and binds to Taranis radio. Have not had a chance to long range test it, but I am happy with the results so far. Great RX. Planning to build 275mm Mini Quadcopter with iNav and GPS for long range flight. around 20 min in the air on 2200mAh 4S.

FrSky has a great thing going here without a doubt. I own several FrSky products to include the X9E tray radio, and all of them make sense and perform just as I need them to. Thanks BG for the great price here!

Its a Frsky X8R, 16 channels, S-Bus, blah blah blah. A great receiver than can provide you will all of the channels you could want. Its overkill for my quad racers but its such a great receiver that I have no excuse not to use this. Its not the smallest that you can buy but its a great product.

Easy to bind with my FrSky Taranis QX7 transmitter. Works great paired to Pixhawk flight controller. Can use the standard servo output pins, or you can use the single-cable S-BUS to connect all 16 channels to your flight controller. It offers tons of flexibility & customizability. The telemetry is incredibly useful.

If you don't need a full 16 channels I would go with the L9R. Also the new antennae don't like to stick to double sided tape.

Great receiver, perfect for any hexacopter or multirotor. The Range on it is great, the furthest i have gone is 1.5 miles or 2.5km. I use the receiver on my Taranis plus when flying.
